1995 is the year that started it all. I organized a group trip to Yosemite and a short hike up to the top of Vernal Falls. It was also the start of my photography kick. I really liked my picture of the tranquil pool at the top of Vernal Falls, that I started to take more and more pictures hoping to duplicate that success.
After returning to the Bay Area, I organized another hike, in one of my favorite parks in the Bay Area, Castle Rock State Park. Unfortunately, I didn't start taking many pictures yet and don't have much to show for it here (though I would return to the park in future years).
