Murietta Falls - Heart Rate March 21, 1998 11.0 miles 4490 vertical feet 6 hours, 52 minutes Maximum HR: 168 Average HR: 122 Before Lunch: 2:47:39, average HR = 126 Lunch: 20:08; average HR = 96 Note: you can see the dip in HR for about 25 minutes at the 4000 second mark -- it's where we descended down to the gulch. Note the corresponding spikes near the end of the hike as we head up that ridge.
