Some of my favorite hikes and trips:

Mount Dana Rae Lakes Loop Desolation Wilderness Loop
In August of 1998, we went on my first true test -- a 13,000 feet peak in Tuolumne Meadows. Altitude, hail, and lightning could not keep us from our goal. A 6-day backpacking trip into the heart of the Sierra with new amazing views every day. A 5-day backpacking trip in the Desolation Wilderness including at least 11 different lakes and magnificent mountain views.
Mount Tallac
North Lake to South Lake
John Muir Trail
This was the first great hike. So far, it's also the prettiest, with the most magnificent views of Lake Tahoe, Fallen Leaf Lake, and surrounding peaks from the top. A classic 7-day backpacking trip in the Eastern Sierra, including part of the JMT. Epic 22-day, 230+ mile backpacking trip on the famed John Muir Trail.
Eastern Sierra Trip
Northern Rockies Trip
A 9-day trip to Seattle, including visits to the Hoh Rain Forest in Olympic National Park, and hikes in Mount Rainier National Park.

This 10-day trip includes several beautiful hikes in the Eastern Sierra Nevada.

A 17-day trip to visit Jasper, Banff, and Glacier National Parks.
